Do you use too much Data each month?

A few ways to reduce data usage:

Are you always on Facebook?

On Facebook change your settings to stop those videos from automatically running. It uses up your data and causes some to pay for that data usage.
Desktop users:
Click on the Triangle located at the top right.
Click Settings and look to the left at the bottom for Videos.
Click and change Auto-Play Videos to OFF
Click and change Video Default Quality to SD as HD uses more data.
Android users follow the same procedure
IPhone users:
Go to Settings
Click FB Icon
Click Settings
Select Auto Play on Wi-Fi only
Samsung users:
while in FB
press the button next to the home key
select setting and chose Auto play option.

Netflix Viewers use about 1GB per hour on SD,
while viewing in HD uses 2GB per hour more.
