Tastier than Reese's and quicker than Rice Krispy Bars!
Ingredients:
3 cups corn flakes, crushed
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
6 ounces chocolate chips
Directions:
Step 1
Heat peanut butter, sugar and corn syrup over low heat to melt.
Stir in cereal
Step 2
Pat into a 8x8 lightly greased pan.
(tip: some line pan with foil then lightly spray or line with parchment paper. When it is time to cut them, the foil lifts right out.)
Step 3
Melt chocolate chips over low heat or in the microwave and spread over top.
Cool until firm

Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins
This traditional recipe makes 12 muffins
Pre-heat oven to 400
Grease bottom of muffin cups or use parchment paper cups
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup flour - reduce to 1 c. flour for whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Step 1
Egg mixture:
Beat egg with fork
Stir in milk and oil
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, powder, salt)
Step 3
Add Egg mixture to blended dry ingredients, slowly until just moistened.
Do Not over mix. Batter should be clumpy
Step 4
Carefully add bluberries
Fill muffin cups 2/3rd full (allowing room for the mixture to rise)
Bake 20 - 25 mins. or until golden brown
Loosen immediately
