Quick Snack for Kids

After grocery shopping it's always easiest to cut up a bunch of veggies and store them in the fridge.

Red Peppers are High in Vitamin C, loaded with nutrition and low in calories

Cutting up after washing and removing seeds takes only a few minutes.
We keep our seeds, let them dry and store them to plant the following spring.

. Toss in some other veggies and store at the front.
It's a quick snack for kids
and
a big help for dinner prep the rest of the week.
