Feel better foods
What to eat to feel better.
Feeling Tired or have a stomach problem? Eat a Banana.
Bananas are one of the most popular foods for energy. The simple carbs are easy for the stomach to digest and help it feel better after a bout of diarrhoea or vomiting. The B12, magnesium and potassium help rehydrate the body.
These make a great quick snack for kids!
Want to avoid that mid-day crash? Munch on a Cucumber.
In addition to reducing puffy eyes, helping with a headache, constipation and bad breath, a cucumber is full of water, carbohydrates and B vitamins. Just what you need to give you enough energy to make it through the rest of the day!
